• Target deployment size (node count); and
• The contents of your message, including project requirements, site constraints and timeline.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals who are not acting in a professional or business capacity, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as NRIC numbers, financial account details or health information) through this website.

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your architecture inquiry and provide the consultation, specifications or quotation you requested;
• Evaluate and prepare rack configurations for your organisation;
• Provide customer support and after-sales service;
• Manage our contractual and business relationship with you or your organisation;
• Send you updates about The Mac Hive platform where you have consented to receive them; and
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and lawful government requests.

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those disclosed to you, or for purposes reasonably incidental to them, without first obtaining your consent.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We disclose it only to:

• Our employees and authorised personnel who need the data to serve you;

Where we transfer personal data overseas, we comply with the transfer limitation obligation under the PDPA by taking appropriate steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to protect your personal data at a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, in accordance with the PDPA's Protection Obligation.

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. Once the purpose of collection is fulfilled and there is no legal or business reason to keep the data, we will cease retention and securely erase or anonymise it in accordance with the PDPA's Retention Limitation Obligation.

Under the PDPA, you may, at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed within the past year;
• Request correction of an error or omission in your personal data; and
• Withdraw consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data.

Requests may be made in writing to our Data Protection Officer (see Section 10). We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing services to you, and we may decline a request where the PDPA permits us to do so.

This website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functionality and to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is captured without your knowledge or consent. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, although some parts of the site may then not function as intended.
